Annual reception and commemorative lecture held to celebrate the institute's foundation

On Monday June 24, 2019, BRI hosted an annual reception celebrating the institute's foundation.
Taking place every June, this reception is an excellent opportunity to network with peers across the institute.

Prior to the reception, BRI invited Dr. Takakazu Yumoto, Director of Primate Research Institute, Kyoto University, who gave a lecture on the strategies to enhance functions of affiliated research institutes and an overview of PRI research, which attracted about 45 people of BRI audience.
The reception held afterwards, in which about 150 people took part including guests and professors emeriti. Members of the institute gathered to share food and drink, and enjoy getting acquainted with new faces.
