Prof Shimada wins Chiba Medical Society Award

BRI Professor Hitoshi Shimada (Center for Integrated Human Brain Science) has been awarded the 13th Chiba Medical Society Award.

The award is given to researchers who are expected to make an outstanding contribution to the cutting-edge medical advances and raising the standard of healthcare. Prof Shimada has been recognized for his research entitled "Tau imaging research contributing to elucidating the pathophysiology of neuropsychiatric disorders and promoting the drug discovery".
