Harbin First Hospital delegation visit BRI

A delegation from the Harbin First Hospital (Heilongjiang, China), including 5 deputy directors and 4 doctors, visited the Brain Research Institute on October 27, 2016.
This visit was arranged as a part of the medical exchange program between Harbin First Hospital and Niigata City General Hospital.

BRI Professor Ikeuchi (Dept. of Molecular Genetics, Center for Bioresource-based Researches) gave the delegation a tour to the gene testing facility.
The delegation got briefed on an overview of BRI and gene analysis on dementia, followed by a tour of the facility to look at sequencers and laboratories for gene analysis, and the freezer for storing samples.
They attentively listened to Prof. Ikeuchi, asking questions and taking pictures.

BRI welcomed their visit, having an opportunity for introducing the institute.
