Asian Forum on Alzheimer's & Dementia 2018 at Jeju, Korea

The Asian Forum on Alzheimer's & Dementia (AFAD) 2018 was held at the International Convention Center Jeju, Korea from 22 - 24 November 2018.
The AFAD is a multinational cooperative platform for Alzheimer's disease and dementia researchers across East Asia. Its aim is to be an active networking hub for initiating cooperative research and sharing ongoing research results and data. Prof Kun Ho Lee (Chosun University, Korea) took the lead in hosting this first AFAD.

BRI Professor Takeshi Ikeuchi (Dept of Molecular Genetics) participated in the forum as a co-organizer on behalf of Japanese researchers. Dr Akinori Miyashita (Associate Prof), Dr Kensaku Kasuga (Assistant Prof) and Dr Norikazu Hara (Specially Appointed Assistant Prof) were among the attendees.
