BRI partners with Biomedical Research Institute, Seoul National University Hospital.

On September 30, 2016, Brain Research Institute and Biomedical Research Institute, Seoul National University Hospital (SNUH) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding aiming to build up research cooperation of projects in human brain diseases.

BRI Professor Akiyoshi Kakita (Dept. of Pathology Neuroscience) visited SNUH for the signing ceremony.

This Memorandum aims to collaborate in various research areas, particularly human brain diseases and normal or abnormal development of the brain, and to provide opportunities to exchange skills, information and techniques in human brain banking and possible exchange of human brain tissues.

BRI will continue to engage in research and make further efforts to attain such aims.
